Transport and booking conditions and our guarantees These are the terms and conditions of Private Driver, s.r.o., privatedriver.cz with registered office at Na Břehu 298/25, Prague 9 - Vysočany, 190 00, ID number: 08185719.

The customer who offers the services of Private Driver privatedriver.cz, with registered office at Na Břehu 298/25, Prague 9 - Vysočany, ID: 08185719, fully accepts these terms and conditions and by signing the order or contract, by entering orders online via the website or by agreeing to the confirmed order, declares express consent with these terms and conditions, to which the order or transport contract refers. A customer who does not agree to these terms and conditions is not authorized to confirm any contract document with the company or place an order through the company's website.

Unless otherwise agreed, all transport services and the mediation of these services are exclusively provided by registered taxis without a taximeter according to Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on road transport, according to § 21 paragraph 4 based on a previous written contract

The company - the company is the transporter or transport intermediary Private Driver, s.r.o., privatedriver.cz with its registered office at Na Břehu 298/25, Prague 9 - Vysočany, ID number: 08185719, which provides transport and other services based on these terms and conditions.

Service/transport – the actual transport of the travel service, or other services for the customer, performed by the company.Driver – the driver is an employee of Private Driver s.r.o., a chauffeur service.

Ways of ordering We provide all services in the form of orders. Orders can be placed through our website via WhatsApp, then via e-mail or by phone. The contract, based on which the provision of services by the company to the customer is implemented, is created based on a binding confirmation of the order. Confirmation by telephone, order by e-mail, or order created via the website via e-mail is considered binding. Confirmation of receipt of the order into the system is not considered binding until it is confirmed by the company. An order (or part thereof) confirmed by the company is considered binding for both parties unless there is a violation of the conditions agreed upon at the time of confirmation. The content of the order (exact specification of the transport and the number of transported persons), the price of the transport, the method of payment, and the date of implementation are considered essential conditions.

Invoice; confirmation of receipt of payment (advance payment) For payments made directly to the driver (by payment card or in cash), the driver will issue a payment confirmation (usually a simplified tax document) to the customer on the day of transport.

If the customer pays by invoice (by bank transfer), the invoice is issued by the company.

Advance payments For orders where the pick-up point is outside of Prague for trips or large events, the company may require payment of a deposit or the total amount in advance, which must be paid at least 24 hours (in some cases up to 5 days) before the set pick-up time/start of the event. In such cases, the company will inform the customer about the need to make a deposit (or payment of the total amount) and the possible method of payment. In the event of non-payment of the required deposit (or the total amount), the company has the right to cancel the order without compensation.

Reservation changes and cancellation conditions Regular transport (transfers) If the customer wishes to change or cancel their reservation for any reason, they can do so via the Company's website interface - Private Driver privatedriver.cz by sending an email or by phone before departure - at least 48 hours before the pick-up time. If the customer has already paid for the transport and canceled the transport at the required time, the company will refund all the money, or the service will not be invoiced. However, if the customer cancels the reservation less than 48 hours before the start of the event, the company demands 100% of the entire amount. Transport with a pick-up point outside Prague Changes and cancellations of transfers that do not have a pick-up location in Prague are subject to different cancellation conditions. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance and must be accompanied by a pick-up time, otherwise, the company charges a 100% cancellation fee. The reason for the application of 100% cancellation is the expenditure of all costs for already ordered and non-canceled transportation by the company. Obligations of the customer The customer is obliged to behave according to the driver's instructions during the transport and to observe in particular the safety regulations applicable to the transport. The customer acknowledges that he has been informed of all the circumstances, including safety regulations, before carrying out the transport. The customer also undertakes not to damage the transporter's equipment and transport premises in any way and to keep them clean. In case of violation of the mentioned obligations, the customer is aware of the responsibility for the damage caused to the company by his actions.

The customer is also obliged to cancel the transport at the agreed boarding time in cases where objective facts prevent him from boarding the transport on time, see the reasons given above.

Validity of the terms and conditions These terms and conditions are valid for an indefinite period starting on 01.01.2024. In the event of changes to these terms and conditions, which the company reserves, the customer is bound by the terms and conditions in the version valid at the time the contract was signed or a valid order was sent.

Terms & Conditions

The Private Driver service can be provided at stopover points if the passenger has paid a stopover tariff (including applicable taxes).

If driving within the Private Driver service exceeds the specified limits of kilometers in the respective city, the passenger must pay extra kilometers according to the valid rates indicated on Private Driver s.r.o. Website.

CZK 36 for another kilometer. In these cases, fees for extra kilometers must be paid directly to the driver in cash or with a payment card in the car. If the passenger does not cancel the reservation of the Private Driver service and the driver unnecessarily brings the vehicle to the specified place at the specified time, the same rebooking of the Private Driver service cannot be used. The departure time of the Private Driver service must be strictly observed without exception. The departure time is fixed. The driver will wait at the specified address for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time has passed, they inform the passenger that they can no longer wait and the entire reservation is canceled in favor of Private Driver s.r.o. , which claims 100% of the entire amount.
