These are the binding terms and conditions for services provided by Private Driver, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

1. Acceptance & Validity of Terms
By ordering our services—whether via our website, email, or phone—you fully agree to these terms. By confirming an order, you express your explicit consent to all provisions contained within the transport contract. The contract is concluded in the Czech language.
2. Reservation & Confirmation
All of our services are provided on a reservation basis. A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order. The essential details of your order include: the specific service, the number of passengers, the price, the payment method, and the date of service.
3. Pricing & Payments
Our services are always priced individually based on your specific needs, so we do not have a fixed price list. For a personalized quote, please contact us with the details of your travel plan.
Direct Payments: You can pay your driver directly with cash or a payment card. The driver will provide a payment confirmation on the spot.
Invoice Payments: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be issued and sent to you electronically.
Advance Payments: For orders with a pickup location outside of Prague or for large-scale events, we may require an advance payment. We will inform you of this in advance. Failure to pay the requested advance may result in the cancellation of your order without compensation.
4. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you can do so by email or phone.
Standard Transfers:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Transfers with a Pickup Outside Prague:
The same terms apply. To avoid a fee, you must cancel at least 52 hours in advance. Cancellations made within a shorter timeframe will incur a 100% cancellation fee to cover our incurred costs.
5. Important Information & Customer Responsibilities
Waiting Time:
Airport Arrivals: Your driver will wait for you for 1 hour from your flight's landing time. After this period, a waiting fee will be charged for each additional hour.
Hotel or Other Address Pickups: The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled time. After this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Conduct & Liability: You are required to cancel the transport if objective circumstances prevent you from boarding on time. During the transport, you must follow the driver's instructions, adhere to safety regulations, and keep the vehicle's interior clean. You are fully responsible for any damage caused by your actions. The Company is liable for damages that occur during transport, unless caused by the passenger's own actions.
Liability for Delays: The Company commits to making every effort to provide the service on time. However, it is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., traffic jams, accidents, adverse weather conditions).
6. Services & Drivers
Services are provided by registered vehicles without a taximeter, in accordance with Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on road transport, based on a prior written contract. The driver is an employee of Private Driver s.r.o. or a contractual partner.
7. Dispute Resolution & Personal Data Protection
Out-of-court Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between the Company and a customer (consumer) can also be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), located at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2. More information is available on the ČOI website: www.coi.cz.
Personal Data Protection: Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with current legal regulations, specifically the GDPR. Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including your rights, is available in a separate document titled "Personal Data Processing Policy" on our website.
